DULUTH, Ga. — The Faith & Freedom Coalition’s canvassers made 8,243,502 personal home visits as a part of their “2022 Project,” a grassroots get-out-the-vote campaign aimed at galvanizing faith-based voters ahead of the midterm elections.
The Faith & Freedom Coalition’s staff members and volunteers made these visits throughout 24 different states, including key battleground states such as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Florida. They gained critical insight into the issues and candidates voters supported, and they documented this information via a smartphone app.
In addition to home visits, the organization reached millions of voters through phone calls, digital ads, voter education guides distributed via mail and in churches, and text messages with voter guides and links that directed them to their polling location.
The Faith & Freedom Coalition conducted 180,721,279 voter contacts during the 2022 midterm general election cycle.
“It’s been incredible to connect with so many enthusiastic voters this election cycle,” said Timothy Head, executive director of the Faith & Freedom Coalition. “We’re more hopeful than ever that Americans are going to elect leaders today who are going to steer our nation back toward faith and freedom.”
Faith & Freedom Coalition volunteers and staff members knocked on 1.2 million doors in 2016, 2.25 million doors in 2018, and 5.9 million doors in 2020. To learn more about the Faith & Freedom Coalition and the 2022 Project, visit www.ffcoalition.com.
